The workshop discussed the challenges facing the constitutional path in Libya and ways to overcome the state of political turmoil, leading to a comprehensive national initiative that makes the constitution a starting point for ending political deadlock, establishing legitimacy, achieving stability, and building a state of institutions and law, based on respecting the will of the Libyan people and their right to determine the future of their state..
This participation reaffirms the role of the university and academics in supporting national dialogue and providing scientific insights that contribute to addressing critical issues and enhancing opportunities for consensus around a national project that places Libya's interests above all considerations..
