As part of social responsibility: Nalut University organizes a training course for leadership development within the premises of Nalut University.

As part of enhancing the university's role in serving the community, the Community Service Office at Nalut University organized a training course titled "Preparing Leaders," targeting the youth and boys of the rising generation from the city of Tamzin, in collaboration with the Tamzin Charity Association and the Tamzin Cultural Center.
The course was supervised and activated by Dr. Elias Abubakr Al-Barouni, the university's Vice President for Community Service Affairs. The course focused on developing leadership skills and fostering a spirit of initiative and responsibility among participants, enhancing their abilities to contribute effectively to their communities.
This course came as part of a series of targeted programs aimed at enhancing the partnership between the university and civil society institutions, and reinforcing the concepts of effective leadership and positive citizenship among the new generation.
